- For students in the Colleges of Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, Law, and Management, the minimum monthly stipend is TWD 10,000 (about USD 333).
- Students enrolled in the Colleges of Science, Engineering, Medicine, Bio-Resources & Agriculture, Electrical Engineering & Computer Science, Public Health, and Life Science receive a higher minimum monthly stipend of TWD 15,000 (over USD 500).

NTU-CEEC Scholarship: Supporting Students from Central and Eastern Europe
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must be citizens of Austria, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, or Slovakia. This fellowship aims to offer significant financial support to students from these countries pursuing graduate studies.

Master’s students receive a generous award of TWD 100,000 (approximately USD 3,333), while PhD candidates are granted TWD 200,000 (around USD 6,666). Beginning with the second semester, recipients will receive TWD 50,000 (about USD 1,666) each semester until the full amount has been disbursed.
